We are seeking a customer
support administrator who will assist in the provision of service to our client
base and support to the Customer Service manager. Working as part of a team the
postholder will administer the in-house support system, offering query support
by telephone; be expected to provide training and be prepared to travel to site
for live running help. This new position will also
